Screening for Plagiarism Policy
Studia: Journal of Humanities and Education Studies is firmly committed to upholding academic integrity and originality in all published works. To ensure this, every submitted manuscript undergoes a plagiarism screening process before entering the peer review stage. The journal uses reliable plagiarism detection software to identify potential overlaps, similarities, or unoriginal content.
Manuscripts containing plagiarism, self-plagiarism, excessive similarity, data falsification, or any form of academic misconduct will be immediately rejected. Authors may be asked to revise and resubmit if minor similarity issues are detected, but serious violations will result in outright rejection. The acceptable similarity index threshold is below 20%, excluding references, quotations, and commonly used academic phrases.
Authors are fully responsible for ensuring that their submissions respect intellectual property rights and provide proper citation of all sources. By implementing this policy, Studia seeks to maintain the highest ethical and scholarly standards, ensuring that all published works contribute original and credible knowledge in the fields of humanities and education.
